The terms, in plain English.

Short version: you pay a flat price up front, I give you an honest written report, I only ever look at your accounts, and your information stays private.

Who you're working with

Stop Wasted Clicks is run by Bob Rebeka, a sole proprietor based in Billings, Montana. “I” and “me” below mean Bob Rebeka doing business as Stop Wasted Clicks; “you” means the business that requests a snapshot or buys a product.

What you get

Free snapshot. Two pages built from public information only, emailed within 2 business days. No account access, no obligation.
Google Ads audit ($500). A written report from your own account data, delivered within 5 business days after you give read-only access, plus a walkthrough call.
Website & Business Profile audit ($250) and the full-site AI visibility add-on (+$250). Delivered within 5 business days of payment.
90-day scorecard (free with every paid audit). About 90 days after your audit, a one-page before-and-after of the same numbers: money no longer wasted, cost per click and per lead, calls and forms counted, your Business Profile and AI answers, and which fixes are done. It needs your read-only access left on for the 90 days, so I can check in on the account along the way and score the same numbers at the end; if you remove access earlier, I'll score what's public.
Fix-it-yourself kits ($125 ads, $125 website, $95 Business Profile, or $250 for all three). Step-by-step PDFs for the fixes in your audit, emailed after purchase, usually within 3 business days. They're for your own business; please don't resell or share them.
Done for you. I make the fixes for you. You get a written quote first, from $100 an hour, and nothing starts until you approve it. If a job will take longer than quoted, I'll ask before going over.

Payment and refunds

Audits and kits are paid up front through Square at the listed price. Done-for-you work is billed as quoted.

If I haven't started your audit, you can cancel for a full refund. Once an audit or kit is delivered it isn't refundable, but if anything in it is wrong, tell me and I'll correct it at no cost. If you buy a kit and decide within 30 days to have me do the work instead, the kit price counts toward it.

Your accounts

Audits only need read-only access. I look; I don't change anything. See how to give access.
For done-for-you work, I'll ask for the access level the job needs, and only make the changes you approved.
Your Google Ads account, Business Profile and website stay yours. I never take ownership of them, and you can remove my access at any time.

Confidentiality

I use your information and account data only to prepare your snapshot, audit, kits or fixes.
I don't share it, sell it, or show it to anyone else.
I never use your business name, results or numbers in samples or marketing without your written permission. The samples on this site are fictional businesses.
Your account exports are stored on my own computer, not shared online, and deleted within 90 days after your 90-day scorecard (the last piece of work) unless you ask me to keep them. Ask any time and I'll delete them sooner.

If your business needs its own confidentiality agreement, send it over before you give access and I'll review it.

What I can and can't promise

I promise an honest, careful report based on your real data, with every number traced to its source. I can't promise a specific number of leads, sales or rankings, because Google's systems, your market and your competitors all play a part. Results build over time: wasted clicks stop within days of the fixes, while lead counts usually need about 90 days to compare fairly. That's what the scorecard is for. Recommendations are yours to accept or not.

To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim related to my work is limited to what you paid me for that work.

Changes and questions

If these terms change, the date below changes too; the terms in place when you paid are the ones that apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Questions? Reach me through a reply to your receipt or my last email.
