Giving access

How to give read-only access.
About 3 minutes, and you can undo it any time.

The free snapshot needs nothing from you. A paid Google Ads audit needs to see your account, so I can read the real numbers instead of guessing from outside. Read-only means exactly that: I can look, I can't change a thing, and I never need your password.

Google Ads (for the $500 audit)

  1. Sign in at ads.google.com on a computer.
  2. Click Admin in the left menu (the gear or wrench icon), then Access and security.
  3. Click the blue + button.
  4. Enter the email address in your receipt reply, choose Read only as the access level, and click Send invitation.
  5. Reply to your receipt email with "access sent" and your website address. I accept the invitation and the clock starts on your 5 business days.

If your account is managed through an agency's manager account, you may need them to do step 3 and 4, or you can ask them to grant you Admin access first.

Google Business Profile

The audit reads your profile the way customers see it, so no access is needed. If you later choose Or we fix it for your profile, I'll ask for Manager access then: Google Business Profile → Business Profile settings → People and access → Add → Manager.

Your website

No logins needed for the audit. For AI visibility and landing-page checks I read the public pages, the same way Google and ChatGPT do.

Your data stays private

I use your account data only for your audit. I don't share it, never use your name or numbers in samples or marketing without your written OK, and delete the exports within 90 days after your 90-day scorecard. If your business needs its own confidentiality agreement, send it before you give access. The details are in the terms.

Removing access

Any time: Google Ads → Admin → Access and security → find my email → Remove access. Please leave it on for the 90 days after your audit: I check in on the account during that time to catch anything that goes wrong after a change, and I need the same access to build your free 90-day scorecard at the end. Remove it any time after that.
