What we collect, and why.

Short version: only what's needed to send you a snapshot or an audit, and nothing is sold or shared.

What you give us

When you request a snapshot or a quote, you send your name, business name, website, email, city, and optionally a phone number and a message. That's used to prepare and deliver what you asked for, and to reply to you.

What we look at

Snapshots use public information only: your website, your Google Business Profile and public search and AI results. A paid Google Ads audit uses read-only access that you grant and can remove at any time. We never change anything in your accounts.

Payments

Payments are handled by Square on Square's own checkout pages. We don't see or store your card number.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms to our email. Payments go through Square. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. None of them are given your information for their own marketing, and we don't sell or rent it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, this page will say so.

Keeping and deleting

Data exported from your Google Ads account for a paid audit is kept on my own computer, never shared, and deleted within 90 days after your 90-day scorecard, the last piece of work. Snapshots, reports and the emails around them are kept so I can help you later. Email me any time to have any of it deleted sooner. More in the terms.
